Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Hits 3 Million Sales Milestone – A 2025 Standout

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Warhorse Studios is riding high in 2025, as Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has officially crossed the three million copies sold milestone, just three months after its launch. This incredible performance solidifies the game as one of the best-selling and most celebrated titles of the year so far.

Critics and players alike have praised the sequel for its faithful evolution of the 2018 original. Keeping the immersive realism and deep storytelling intact, while refining gameplay mechanics, made Deliverance 2 an instant hit. The game previously passed the 2 million sales mark in February, and its momentum hasn’t slowed down since.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Warhorse Studios confirmed the latest achievement, also noting that the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance has now sold over 10 million copies. While the first game still leads in lifetime sales, Deliverance 2 outsold its predecessor five times over during its first month. That puts it on track to potentially surpass the original over time.

️ Post-Launch Success and Upcoming Content

The strong sales can also be credited to Warhorse’s stellar post-launch support. Alongside critical praise, players were treated to free content updates, including a Hardcore Mode that ramped up the difficulty and replay value.

And it’s not stopping there—a new expansion for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is on the way this month. Warhorse has confirmed that three paid DLCS are scheduled for 2025. They decided to give fans plenty to be excited about in the coming months.
