GTA 6 Leak Teases Weapon Wheel, Chaptered Story, and 700+ Stores
A new Grand Theft Auto 6 leak has revealed potential gameplay features fans are eager to experience in 2026.
Over 700 Stores and Chaptered Story Leaked for GTA 6
A trusted source has reportedly leaked major GTA 6 gameplay details, including over 700 stores and five story chapters. The source also claims the game will include a limited weapon wheel, similar to Red Dead Redemption 2. According to a post shared on Discord and Reddit, extra weapons must be stored in the trunk of your vehicle. This makes the new GTA 6 gameplay more grounded and immersive, moving away from unlimited weapon inventories.
Fans will reportedly be able to switch between Jason and Lucia. They can also roam together during free play. Additionally, the leak claims malls will be accessible and fully functional, adding realism to the open-world design. When asked about burglary mechanics, the leaker said there are no traditional burglaries but an overwhelming number of stores.
GTA 6 Story May Be Split Into Five Chapters
The leak also states that GTA 6’s story will unfold across five distinct chapters. This structure would be new for the series and similar to story pacing in Red Dead Redemption 2. The prone mechanic seen in the 2022 leak has reportedly been scrapped due to poor performance and design issues.
Other Possible Features: Elevators, Strippers, and More
According to the source, certain skyscrapers in GTA 6 will feature working elevators. Interestingly, male strippers will also appear, expanding the game’s nightlife content. It’s important to remember that none of these details are confirmed by Rockstar at this stage. The leaker clarified their info came from a secondhand source: “I know a guy who knows a guy. With GTA 6 now delayed to May 26, 2026, it may be a while before any of this is confirmed. Still, these leaks have stirred up excitement and speculation across the Grand Theft Auto community.
