Borderlands 4 Reveals First DLC Vault Hunter C4SH

Gearbox Software has officially unveiled C4SH, the first DLC Vault Hunter coming to Borderlands 4 early next year. The new addition was revealed during the Tokyo Game Show, giving fans their first look at the character set to join the roster in Q1 2026.
A Casino Dealer Turned Vault Hunter
C4SH isn’t your typical Vault Hunter. Once a casino dealer, this robot swapped dealing cards for hunting loot. His design reflects his past life, featuring dice, cards, and skills rooted in the thrill of chance. According to Gearbox, C4SH’s powers will lean on randomness, though the exact mechanics are still under wraps.
Expanding the Borderlands 4 Roster
Borderlands 4 launched with four Vault Hunters, each offering unique skills and build options. The lineup has been well-received, but Gearbox isn’t slowing down. The studio confirmed that two more DLC characters will arrive by the end of 2026, expanding the already diverse roster.
C4SH will be available to anyone with the Super Deluxe Edition or Vault Hunter Pack. He also comes bundled with the first story expansion, Mad Ellie and the Vault of the Damned. This DLC introduces a new region, Kairos, filled with campaign missions, side quests, loot, and cosmetics.
More Content on the Way
Players won’t need to wait until 2026 for fresh content. Gearbox’s roadmap confirms plenty of post-launch updates arriving in late 2025. These include the first of four paid Bounty Pack DLCs, each packed with new missions and bosses. Free content is also planned, including the seasonal Horrors of Kairos event, legendary weapons, cosmetics, and a new Ultimate Vault Hunter mode level.
The Future of Borderlands 4
With C4SH confirmed as the first DLC Vault Hunter, fans now have a clearer picture of what’s ahead for Borderlands 4. Between new characters, expansions, and seasonal updates, the next year looks stacked for anyone ready to dive deeper into the loot-filled chaos.

Whoa, C4SH sounds like a wild card, literally! Hope his powers are as unpredictable as finding a legendary in the Tangled Shore. Cant wait for the DLCs in 2026, though I guess Ill be grinding away in the Tangled Shore until then. And those Bounty Packs? Looks like Ill need more fingers than four to grab all that loot! Borderlands 4 just keeps rolling with the punches, doesnt it? Gotta love the chaos!

Haha, exactly! C4SH really does feel like the ultimate wild card, and that unpredictability could make him super fun to play. Between the DLCs and those Bounty Packs, Gearbox is making sure we’ll have chaos (and loot) for years to come. Borderlands 4 never slows down—and that’s why we love it!

Haha, C4SH sounds like a real gamble! Hope his powers involve finding rare loot or maybe just winning the lottery for us players. Cant wait for the DLC in 2026, though it seems like Ill be drowning in Borderlands chaos long before then with all these updates and Bounty Packs. Gearbox really knows how to keep the vault looting fresh!

Who needs more Borderlands content? Definitely not me, Im already drowning in chaos! But hey, C4SH sounds like a blast, rolling the dice for loot – pure gambling genius! And more DLC by 2026? Gearbox really knows how to keep the odds in their favor. Just hope the new Ultimate Vault Hunter mode level doesnt require me to actually *win* anymore, because that would be too much work. Thanks, Gearbox, for the thrilling update!

Haha, I feel you! Borderlands chaos is already enough to keep us busy, but C4SH really does sound like a wild addition. That dice-roll playstyle could either be super fun or drive us all mad . And yeah, Gearbox definitely knows how to keep us hooked with constant DLC drops. Let’s just hope that Ultimate Vault Hunter mode doesn’t turn into a second job!
